work
The ideal edge strikes a careful balance between performance and durability. I tailor my process to each tool and use-case.

Inspection, cleaning & repairs
Service starts with a thorough inspection to identify problem spots. Broken tip? Chipped edge? A little rust? No problem. Minor repairs are included – as are cleaning and polishing.

Low-speed, water-cooled sharpening
I use ultra-low-speed, water-cooled machines to eliminate the risk of heat damage and keep steel removal to a minimum, helping your knives last a lifetime.
